I help companies in the DACH region not just implement AI, but use it sustainably. The focus is always on real results, not demos.

My background

I'm Marco Gundlach, AI consultant and trainer based in the DACH region. My work revolves around one question: how can mid-sized companies use AI in a way that genuinely benefits them: measurably, sustainably, and without IT overhead?

My practical experience comes from projects at companies like Hugo Boss, Fressnapf, Aktion Mensch, APCOA and Düsseldorf Airport. There I learned what AI implementations really need: clear goals, the right processes, and teams that understand and accept the technology.

Before going independent, I worked in various roles in digital transformation. I speak the language of IT as well as management and translate between both worlds.

Today I guide mid-sized companies from the first idea to a productive AI solution: as consultant, implementation partner and trainer in one.

Kein Buzzword-Bingo

KI ist für mich kein Selbstzweck. Ich frage immer zuerst: Welches konkrete Problem lösen wir? Erst dann bestimmen wir das Werkzeug.

Messbare Ergebnisse

Jedes Projekt bekommt klare Erfolgskriterien vor dem Start. Am Ende zählt nicht, wie beeindruckend die Technologie ist, sondern was sie für Ihr Unternehmen bewirkt.

Menschen im Mittelpunkt

Technologie setzt sich nur durch, wenn die Menschen, die sie nutzen, sie verstehen und akzeptieren. Deshalb ist Change-Management für mich genauso wichtig wie die Implementierung.

Praxis statt Theorie

Statt PowerPoint-Folien bringe ich Erfahrungen aus echten Projekten. Was funktioniert und was nicht, weiß ich aus der Praxis, nicht aus dem Lehrbuch.

Alongside strategic consulting and implementation, training is a central part of my work. I train executives, specialist teams and administrators and tailor every session exactly to the company's context.

My approach: no lectures about AI theory, but hands-on work with real use cases from your company. After my trainings, teams don't just know what AI can do. They apply it immediately.
